Greetings EHS-MER Alumni!

October 24, 2009 will be a remarkable milestone event for the Etiwanda High School Marching Eagle Regiment as we commence our 20th Artistry in Motion Field Competition.  As alumni students, friends and families, we would like to invite you to join us in celebrating 20 years of music excellence.

In conjunction with the anniversary of Artistry in Motion, we are launching an Alumni Philanthropist Program this year in an attempt to raise funds to supplement some exciting travel opportunities for the 2010-2011 Band Season.  Earlier this month, the EHS Marching Eagle Regiment received an invitation to participate in the 25th Annual London New Year’s Parade on January 1st, 2011.  This is a prestigious and educational event that can be attended by invitation only and we are honored that the EHS Marching Eagle Regiment has been offered this awesome opportunity.  As part of the selection process, one of the former Lord Mayors of London, City of Westminster and other officials will be visiting Etiwanda High School on October 21st to officially invite our band to London.  This will be a huge day for us and we will be inviting school district officials, the Fontana and Rancho Cucamonga Mayors and various members of the press.  We will be planning and fundraising for this trip over the next year so watch for announcements of special concerts and events.  If you would like to join the ceremony with the former Lord Mayor on October 21st, we would love to have you there.  It will commence at 10:30 am in the gym.

Contributing to our band program is simple and offers tax benefits in addition to the personal satisfaction of becoming a patron of the arts.  As an EHSMER philanthropist, you will have the opportunity to choose one of the following Donor Options for contributing:

EHS Honorary Band Member ($25 donation)

EHS Honorary 1st Chair Band Member (up to $50 donation)

EHS Honorary Section Leader (up to $100 donation)
EHS Honorary Drum Major (up to $250 donation)
EHS Bronze Conductor (up to a $500 donation)
EHS Silver Conductor (up to a $1000 donation)
EHS Gold Conductor (over a $1000 donation)

As part of your contribution you will receive an alumni pass to Artistry in Motion along with special seating privileges.   We will be honoring our alumni during the Evening Awards Ceremony as the 20 successful years would not have been possible without our alumni participation.  In addition we will be holding a meet-and-greet for alumni during our dinner break.

Credit Card contributions will be processed through our Treasurer.  The credit card authorization form can be sent to the PO Box below or faxed to 909-854-2336.  Checks can be made payable to EHS Band and mailed to:
